宗彩 裏千家 専任講師 東京生まれ。学生時代の留学をきっかけに、日本の伝統文化である茶道を、より多くの人へ伝えたいと思うようになりました。茶道を通して、日常の中の非日常や、人とのつながりを感じられる時間を大切にしています。 花市場で6年半営業として勤務し、日本各地の生産者との信頼関係を築きながら、四季の花や産地への理解を深めてきました。 市場で培った目利きと全国の生産者とのネットワークを生かし、茶花はもちろん、季節の花や枝もの、流通量の少ない希少な花材まで、その時季に最も美しい花をご提案します。 茶花の販売、茶道教室、茶会、ホテル・店舗での空間装花を通して、日本の美意識と四季の豊かさをお届けします。 ⸻ Sousai Born in Tokyo, Japan, Sousai was inspired to share the beauty of the Japanese tea ceremony after studying abroad during her student years. Through the practice of tea, she values creating moments of the extraordinary within the everyday while fostering meaningful human connections. With over six years of experience in Japan’s wholesale flower market, she has built strong relationships with flower growers across Japan and developed a deep understanding of seasonal flowers and their origins. Drawing on her trained eye and nationwide network of growers, she carefully selects the finest flowers of each season, from traditional chabana (flowers for the tea room) to seasonal branches and rare botanical varieties. Through the sale of chabana, tea ceremony classes and gatherings, and floral installations for hotels and retail spaces, she hopes to share the beauty of Japanese aesthetics and the richness of the changing seasons.
